Bihar state has been known since a long time for its pool of talents and intellectuals.Spread over the globe Biharis(or i call BIHARIANS) have made excellent progress and contributed to the global development that Bihar Brand has emerged as a reliable symbol in the corporate and international academia.
Inspite of all this the real Bihar is too redundant to be developed.The state government's measures to improve the plight of Bihar is noteworthy,yet at the same time the corrupt administration has been blocking the outcomes of all those efforts.
Inspite of wastage of millions over the constructions of roads, the roads in the bihar is still rickety.No particular agency or person can be blamed for this but the people of Bihar.
