few new domains registered by me

Frustrated by searching domain names for Swarnim Times and Adush , I just discovered that it would be nice to register few domains and keep it parked for ever. Actually, I was thinking of some URL shortening service like bit.ly and was selecting names for it. I finally shortlisted 4 domains, and registered all of them.

These are

www.adiaba.tk
www.dras.tk
www.magn.tk
www.birla.tk

www.magn.tk which also  stands for the word 'Magnetic'  will be a URL shortening service,

For other domains I am not sure, hence I invite ideas  and suggesitons from you , about any project  relevant to it.

My upcoming projects in 1 month

In the  next  month I have decided to  undertake a number of projects. These include simple news portal to real time searches.Here is a brief synopsis  of each of them.

1. Biharprabha Real Estate Portal(www.properties.biharprabha.com)

This will list all the properties , real -estate in Bihar and Jharkhand. Nothing new except  it will be first one in Bihar and Jharkahnd.

2. Adush(www.adush.com). This will be global classifieds ads portal. I dont know any classifieds ads portal of global dimension.

3. Swarnim Times(www.swarnimtimes.com) -Swarnim Times is a news portal.Very much similar to other news portals. Need to finalize this portal

4. Real Time People Search. This will a enhanced version of Webmarked Online Directory, having search scope broadened to other portals. I cannot reveal much about it , but shall do in subsequent posts.

Besides, some current projects need to be graduated from my labs after upgrading the features in it

Biharprabha News- A short journey

Past couple of days I have been busy developing  and promoting the Biharprabha(www.biharprabha.com). Its news section is fully functional now. It can be accessed at www.news.biharprabha.com. This portal showcases only non-criminal ,non-political news from Bihar.  The idea came to my mind during my final exams  in April and the  preliminary initiation were taken during the 2 day gap of the examination itself. Eventually after the examination, we  sat over and decided  to launch it under Biharprabha.com in the first week of May. The portal has achieved  what is called a good start and the traffic is also as per expectation. The average weekly data  transfer is 40 MB. The portal is based on the blooming idea that there is always something good in even the worst. Although Bihar lacks development, although it is poor, yet  the coin has a bright side too. The development is going on and we intend to aware people about those development. We highlight the excellent  work done by the people of Bihar, here and abroad.

We have adopted some smart ways to deliver the news.We do it via Orkut,Facebook,Twitter, Emails and SMS.

Presently I devote 1 hour daily on the portal, yet within a month I expect the portal to expand. In such case I would require more people to  collaborate. Beside me one of my friend Nikhil posts some news over it.
